Overview of Organizations

Overview

The Organizations page lists all Salesforce orgs available to Audit & Compliance. This article explains what information is displayed on this page and what information each organization provides.

Important

If you do not see your Salesforce orgs listed here, ensure the organizations are created in the Flosum Global Settings app and that the Audit & Compliance app is assigned to each organization. For instructions on completing these actions, see the following articles.

The table of organizations can be searched and filtered by owner. Each org displays the following details:

Organizations

The name of the organization and the user who last interacted with it.

Environment

The environment label assigned to the organization: Dev, Prod, Test, QA.

Owners

The user who added the organization in Global Settings.

Username

The Salesforce user account that the organization is connected to.

Last Audit

Time since the last audit was run.

Individual Organizations

Selecting an organization from the list opens it, allowing you to view its audit history and the audit status of every component. This information is divided between the Activities and Components tabs, which are explained in the sections below.

For information about running an audit for a specific organization, see the following article.

Activities Tab

The Activities tab lists every Audit job that has been run for this organization. You can sort the list of audits by who ran it, the job's status, and the time frame when the job ran.

Each Audit job lists the user who ran it, how long ago it was run, and how long the job took to run.

Components Tab

The Components tab lists every component for the selected organization. You can sort and search the list of components, and each component displays its name, type, the time since the component was last modified, the Salesforce user who last modified it, and the audit status. To learn more about the information in this tab, see the following article.
