# Backup & Archive の Salesforce パッケージトークンの更新

## 概要

Backup & Archive Salesforce パッケージは、Connected App で設定された期間が経過すると自動的に期限切れになるアクセストークンを使用して、Flosum Cloud Apps に接続します。トークンの期限が切れると、Salesforce 組織は Backup & Archive テナントに接続できなくなり、Salesforce で Backup & Archive データにアクセスするとエラーメッセージが表示されます。接続を復元するには、Flosum テナントで再認証してトークンを更新します。この接続は、Salesforce 組織が Backup & Archive テナントにアクセスして制御する機能にのみ影響し、Backup & Archive が組織をバックアップする機能には影響しません。

#### アクセストークンの有効期間

Connected App のアクセストークンの有効期間によって、更新が必要になるまでトークンが有効な時間が決まります。トークンをあまりにも頻繁に更新する必要がある場合は、Connected App で編集して有効期間を調整できます。この値の変更方法については、次の記事の認証ポリシーのセクションを参照してください。

### Backup & Archive の設定にアクセスする

1. トークンを更新する Salesforce 組織にログインします。
2. 次をクリックします **アプリランチャー**.
3. 検索します **Backup & Archive**.
4. クリックします **Backup & Archive**.

### トークンを更新

もし **トークンのステータス** が **無効**なら、接続を復元するにはトークンを更新します。

1. クリックします **トークンを更新します**.

#### Flosum システム管理者が必要です

Backup & Archive パッケージ接続を認証するには、この Salesforce 組織に接続されている Flosum テナントのシステム管理者アカウントでログインする必要があります。

1. システム管理者のメールアドレスを入力します。 **メール** テキストボックス。
2. テナント名を入力します。 **テナント名** テキストボックス。
3. システム管理者のパスワードを入力します。 **パスワード** テキストボックス。
4. クリックします **ログイン**.

5. Flosum テナントで認証が完了すると、Salesforce に戻ります。
6. 認証が成功した場合、 **トークンのステータス** は **有効**.

### トラブルシューティング

トークンを更新できない場合、または引き続き接続の問題が発生する場合は、次のトラブルシューティング手順に従ってください。

1. Flosum のユーザーとテナントが正しいことを確認します。
   1. ユーザーは、Flosum Cloud Apps テナントの有効なシステム管理者である必要があります。Flosum のユーザーアカウントの詳細については、次の記事を参照してください。

   2. テナント名は、この接続を処理している Connected App に関連付けられた Flosum テナントと一致している必要があります。次の場所で見つけることができます **テナント名** で **グローバル設定** > **設定**.
