Once logged in to your tenant, you can launch the Backup & Archive app.

## **Log in to Backup & Archive**

Flosum Cloud Apps uses a single login URL to access all applications. The login directs you to the region where your tenant is registered, so separate regional login URLs are no longer needed. After you log in successfully, you are taken to the Global Settings app. From there, you can access the other Cloud Apps. The diagram below shows the basic login flow.

### Logging In With Email

Log in to the app with your email to view a list of tenants associated with your account. This method lets you select a tenant without having to recall its exact name.

1. Navigate to the Flosum Cloud App Login in your browser.
   1. [https://login.flosum.app](https://login.flosum.app/)
2. Enter the email associated with your user in the **Email** textbox.
3. Click **Continue**.&#x20;

4. Access your email account and open **Flosum: Login Verification Code**.

The email is sent from **<no-reply@flosum.app>**. Check your spam folder if you have not received the email.

4. Copy the verification code.&#x20;

5. Enter the copied verification code in the **Verification Code** textbox.
6. Click **Continue**.&#x20;

7. Click the tenant name that you wish to log in to.&#x20;

8. In the **Password** textbox, enter your password for the selected tenant.
9. Click **Login**.&#x20;

### Logging In With Tenant Name

Log in to the app using the tenant name. This method skips the email verification code but requires you to know the tenant's region and name.

1. Navigate to the Flosum Cloud App Login in your browser.

2. Click the **Use tenant name** link below the Continue button.&#x20;

3. Click the **Region** of the tenant you want to log in to.&#x20;

3. Enter the name of the tenant in the **Tenant Name** textbox.
4. Click **Continue**.&#x20;

5. Enter your account email address in the **Email** textbox.
6. Enter your account password in the **Password** textbox.
7. Click **Login**.&#x20;

### Logging In With SSO

#### Tenant Name Log In

SSO is only available when logging in with your **Tenant Name**.

#### No SSO Button

If the SSO button you created with the Identity Provider is missing from the tenant login screen, there may be an issue with the provider details. Verify that the Identity Provider configuration matches the SSO credentials.

1. Navigate to the Flosum Cloud App Login in your browser.

2. Click **Use tenant name**.&#x20;

3. Click the **Region** of the tenant you want to log in to.&#x20;

4. Enter the name of the tenant in the **Tenant Name** textbox.
5. Click **Continue**.&#x20;

6. Click the SSO button created by your system administrator. SSO buttons appear below the **LOGIN** button.

You may see multiple SSO buttons, and their labels may differ from the screenshot above. If you are unsure which button to click, ask your system administrator.

5. Complete the login with your SSO provider.

### Open Backup & Archive

Once logged in to Global Settings, you can launch Backup & Archive from two locations.

**Home Page**

1. Click **Home** from the left sidebar menu.
2. Click the **Open** button for the **Backup & Archive** app.&#x20;

1. Click the **App Switcher** icon at the top left of the sidebar menu.
