Overview

This article explains how to find the URL for your Backup & Archive tenant and provides clear instructions for logging in.

There are two methods of logging into Backup & Archive:

SSO Login

To access Flosum Cloud Apps using SSO, select the Use Tenant Name option. Skip to the Logging In With Tenant Name section.

Regional URLs

To access the Backup & Archive app, open your browser and enter the Backup & Archive URL for your tenant's region. Refer to the table below for a list of available regions.

If unsure about your tenant's region, please contact your system administrator for assistance.

Logging In With Email

Log in to the app with your email to view a list of tenants associated with your account. This feature lets you select a tenant without having to recall its exact name.

  1. Click Continue.

  2. Access your email account and open Flosum: Login Verification Code.

The email is sent from [email protected]. Check your spam folder if you have not received the email.

  1. Copy the verification code.

  2. Enter the copied verification code in the Verification Code textbox.

  3. Click Continue.

  4. Select the tenant name that you wish to log in to.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. In the Password textbox, enter your password for the selected tenant.

  7. Click Login.

Logging In With Tenant Name

Log in to the app using the tenant name. This process skips the email verification code.

  1. Click the Use tenant name link below the Continue button.

  2. Enter the name of the tenant in the Tenant Name textbox.

  3. Click Continue.

  4. Enter your account email address in the Email textbox.

  5. Enter your account password in the Password textbox.

  6. Click Login.
