Visão geralEste artigo explica como encontrar a URL do seu locatário do Data Migrator e fornece instruções claras para fazer login.
Existem dois métodos para fazer login no Data Migrator:
Login SSO
Para acessar o Flosum Cloud Apps usando SSO, selecione o Usar Nome do Locatário opção. Pule para a Entrar no Data Migrator seção.
Entrar no Data Migrator
URLs Regionais
Para acessar o aplicativo Data Migrator, abra seu navegador e insira a URL do Data Migrator para a região do seu locatário. Consulte a tabela abaixo para obter a lista de regiões disponíveis.
Se não souber a região do seu locatário, entre em contato com o administrador do sistema para obter ajuda.
Entrando com Email
Se você estiver usando SSO para login, escolha Usar nome do locatário em vez do seu email.
Log in to the app with your email to view a list of tenants associated with your account. This feature lets you select a tenant without having to recall its exact name.
Enter in the Email textbox the email associated with your user.
Click Continue.
Access your email account and open Flosum: Login Verification Code.
The email is sent from [email protected]. Check your spam folder if you have not received the email.
Copy the verification code.
Enter the copied verification code in the Verification Code textbox.
Click Continue.
Select the tenant name that you wish to log in to.
Click Continue.
In the Password textbox, enter your password for the selected tenant.
Click Login.
Entrando com o Nome do Locatário
Log in to the app using the tenant name. This process skips the email verification code.
Click the Use tenant name link below the Continue button.
Enter the name of the tenant in the Tenant Name textbox.
Click Continue.
Enter your account email address in the Email textbox.
Enter your account password in the Password textbox.
Click Login.
