Home - Flosum Cloud Apps
Overview
The Global Settings Home page serves as a unified hub for all Flosum Cloud Apps, providing quick access to DevOps and Backup & Archive solutions. Once your Salesforce org is connected in Global Settings to the Flosum platform, each app can seamlessly access your org without needing extra integrations. This simplifies management across your enterprise and enhances team efficiency and confidence.

License Management
The Home page shows your app's license expiration date, but it doesn't allow direct license management. For upgrades, cancellations, or modifications, refer to the following page for contacting Flosum's friendly Customer Support Team.
Flosum Cloud Apps
App Expiration
An expiration date is only displayed for apps for which you have a license.
Click Home from the left sidebar.
See the upper right corner of each app card for your license expiration date.

License Expiration
30 Days Before Expiration
A License Expiration banner is displayed in Global Settings.
License Expiration emails are sent at the following intervals: 30, 14, 7, and 1 days before expiration.
Expiration
You will no longer have access to the app, and the Open button will be replaced with a Contact Us button.
A License Suspension Notification email is sent.
There is a 30-day grace period to renew the license.
No data will be lost during the grace period.
30 Days After Expiration
After the grace period ends, Flosum will delete data related to the expired license.
