# MFA デバイスの追加

## 概要
多要素認証（MFA）を有効にすると、Flosum Cloud アプリのログイン資格情報に追加の保護層が加わります。MFA はパスワードと時間ベースのワンタイムパスコード（TOTP）の2つの別個の検証形式を要求することで機能し、不正アクセスのリスクを大幅に低減し、組織全体のセキュリティ体制を強化します。Flosum は TOTP ベースの MFA をサポートしており、Google Authenticator や Microsoft Authenticator などのモバイル認証アプリと互換性があります。
この記事では、Flosum Cloud アプリケーションにログインする際に個々のユーザーアカウントに MFA を追加する手順を段階的に説明します。MFA の設定はユーザーごとに行う必要があり、各チームメンバーが自分のアカウントに対して設定することが重要です。

「 **グローバル設定 > MFA デバイス** 」ページは、現在ログインしているユーザーのみの MFA 設定を表示および管理します。各ユーザーは自分の MFA デバイスのみを表示および変更でき、他のユーザーの MFA にアクセスしたり設定したりすることはできません。
管理者は各ユーザーアカウントで MFA が有効かどうかを確認できますが、個々の MFA デバイスを表示または編集することはできません。

### グローバル設定にアクセス
1. 任意の **Flosum Cloud App**で、 **アプリスイッチャー** アイコンを左側のサイドバーメニュー上部でクリックします。
2. クリック **グローバル設定**.
3. その **グローバル設定** アプリは新しいタブで開きます。

### デバイスを追加
1. クリック **MFA デバイス** サイドバーメニューから。
2. クリック **追加**.
3. に MFA デバイスの名前を入力します **「名前」** テキストボックス。

認証アプリに表示されるラベルになるため、分かりやすい名前を選んでください。

### 認証アプリを確認
1. 認証アプリで QR コードをスキャンします。
2. 認証アプリのコードを **「コード」** テキストボックス。
3. クリック **に入力して確認します。**.
4. 作成すると、新しい MFA デバイスが **MFA デバイス** ページに一覧表示されます。
