# グループのロールの変更

概要
Flosum Cloud Appsでは、グループがそのユーザーに割り当てられるロールを決定します。グループのロールを変更すると、そのグループ内のすべてのユーザーに付与される権限が変更されます。本ガイドはグループのロールを変更する手順を段階的に説明します。

グループのロールを変更すると、すべてのユーザーがグループから削除されます。ユーザーを保持するには、ロール変更前にメンバーを手動で記録し、変更後に再度追加してください。\[将来の更新でロール変更時にユーザーを保持する動作に変更される予定です。]

グループの変更の影響を受けるログイン中のユーザーは、更新された権限を適用するためにブラウザをリロードする必要があります。問題が解決しない場合は、Flosum Cloud Appsからログアウトして再度ログインしてください。

### Global Settings にアクセス
1. 任意の **Flosum Cloud App**で、 **アプリスイッチャー** アイコンを左側のサイドバーメニュー上部でクリックします。
2. クリック **グローバル設定**.
3. その **グローバル設定** アプリは新しいタブで開きます。

### グループを選択
1. をクリックします **グループ** サイドバーメニューから。
2. をクリックします **名前** ロールを変更するグループの。
3. をクリックします **編集**.

ロールを変更すると、すべてのユーザーが削除されます。グループに再追加するには、ユーザーの詳細を保存するか、スクリーンショットを撮ってください。ユーザーが複数ページにまたがる場合は、各ページを必ず確認してください。

3. グループを変更したいロールを選択してください。

2. グループに追加するすべてのユーザーの横にあるチェックボックスをオンにしてください。

4. 前のすべてのユーザーがグループに再追加されていることを、次の **ユーザー** リストを確認して検証してください。

2. 保存されると、グループへの変更は即座に適用されます。
