Managing Network Access IP Ranges

Overview

The Network Access setting provides granular control over access to Flosum Cloud Apps by allowing you to define trusted IP address ranges. After adding an IP range, you can manage it through the following actions:

Managing an IP Range

Access Global Settings

  1. From any Flosum Cloud App, click the App Switcher icon in the dropdown menu from the sidebar menu.

  2. Click Global Settings.

  3. The Global Settings app will open in a new tab.

Global Settings can also be accessed by directly logging in using your region's Global Settings URL. See the following article for login instructions.

Select an IP Range

  1. Click Network Access from the sidebar menu.

  2. Click the Name of the IP range to manage.

Edit IP Range

When editing an IP range, ensure you do not remove the IP address of the computer you are currently using to access Global Settings. Removing your own IP address will lock you out of Flosum Cloud Apps and prevent you from making further changes to Global Settings.

  1. Click Edit.

  2. Make your changes to any of the fields.

  3. Click Save.

  4. Your changes are now applied.

Delete IP Range

When deleting an IP range, ensure you do not remove the IP address of the computer you are currently using to access Global Settings. Removing your own IP address will lock you out of Flosum Cloud Apps and prevent you from making further changes to Global Settings.

  1. Click Delete.

  2. Click Confirm in the Delete IP Range dialog box.

  3. The IP Range is now removed.
