Overview

The Global Settings app displays the current licenses for your tenant. This article explains how to view your licenses and details the information provided for each license. Use the following links to jump to the specific license information.

• Viewing Flosum Licenses

The Licenses page allows you to view your licenses but not perform any actions. To upgrade, cancel, or make any other changes, please get in touch with your Flosum Success Manager or open a case using the following link:

License Expiration

30 Days Before Expiration

• A License Expiration banner is displayed in Global Settings.

• License Expiration emails are sent at the following intervals: 30, 14, 7, and 1 days before expiration.

Expiration

• A License Suspension Notification email is sent.

• There is a 30-day grace period to renew the license.

• No data will be lost during the grace period.

30 Days After Expiration

• After the grace period ends, Flosum will delete data related to the expired license.

2. The Licenses page provides details about the current license for each of your Flosum Cloud Apps.
