Overview

To reset a forgotten password for your Flosum Cloud Apps tenant, request a Password Reset link. Follow this guide for detailed steps on how to request the link and change your password.

Resetting your password only affects the tenant you are resetting it for. To reset the password for your account with other tenants, you need to reset it for each one.

Reset Forgot Password

There are two methods of requesting the Forgot Password link: using Email to log in or using Tenant to log in.

Email Login

  1. Enter your account's email in the Email textbox.

  2. Click Continue.

  3. Access your email account and open Flosum: Login Verification Code and copy the verification code.

  4. Enter the copied verification code in the Verification Code textbox.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Select the tenant name that you wish to log in to.

  7. Click Continue.

  8. Click the Forgot password link below the Login button.

Tenant Login

  1. Click the Use tenant name link below the Continue button.

  2. Enter the name of the tenant in the Tenant Name textbox.

  3. Click Continue.

  4. Click the Forgot password link below the Login button.

Reset Password

After clicking the Forgot password link, a Forgot Your Password dialog will open.

  1. In the Email textbox, enter the email of the account for which you want to reset the password.

  2. Click Reset Password.

  3. A password reset link will be sent to your email.

  4. Access your email account and open Flosum: Forgot password.

  5. Click the Reset password link. The link will open a form to enter a new password.

  6. Enter a New Password that meets the stated password requirements.

  7. Re-enter the password in the Confirm New Password textbox.

  8. Click Change Password.

  9. Log in using the newly reset password.
