Register a Flosum Cloud Apps Tenant
Overview
To get started with Flosum Cloud Apps, you must first register your organization as a tenant. This registration process serves as the foundation for accessing all Flosum Cloud Apps. Once your tenant is successfully registered, you can proceed to add a license to Flosum Backup & Archive, as well as any other Flosum Cloud Apps that meet your organization's needs.
Once you've completed registration and licensing, you're ready to configure your tenant. This involves adding Salesforce connections to integrate your orgs with Flosum Cloud Apps and registering users so team members can access the platform.
Self-Register
Register Now
Go to the Flosum Global Settings App for your region:
United States

Germany
global-de.flosum.app
Japan
global-jp.flosum.app
Australia
global-au.flosum.app
Click the Register now link.

Enter the following details to create your tenant:
First name
Last name
Email: A verification email will be sent to this address, and it will be your username for logins
Password: Use a strong password with a minimum of 8 characters, including at least 1 letter, 1 number, and 1 special character
Click Sign Up.

Complete Registration
Enter the email you signed up with in the Email textbox.
Click Continue.

Access your email account and open Flosum: Login Verification Code.
Copy the verification code.

Enter the copied verification code in the Verification Code textbox.
Click Continue.

Select the tenant name that was automatically generated during registration.
Click Continue.

In the Password textbox, enter the password you created.
Click Login.

Start Backup & Archive Free Trial
Click Licenses from the sidebar menu.
Select the Backup & Archive tab.
Click Start Free Trial.

Your Backup & Archive trial is active and can be viewed on the Licenses page.
The trial is denoted by a 14-day FREE Trial notice, and the Expiration date indicates when the trial is over.
