Removing an App from an Organization
Overview
The Global Settings app allows centralized management of which Flosum Cloud Apps are assigned to your Organizations. This article shows you how to remove an app from an Organization.
Data Loss Warning
When an app is removed from a Salesforce organization, all data associated with that app for that organization will be deleted. For instance, if the Backup & Archive app is removed, all backups, archives, and historical data related to that app will be lost. This could lead to the loss of information that is not available within the Salesforce org.
After removing an app from an Organization, ensure that any Roles with associated permissions are reviewed and updated accordingly.
Removing an App
Access Global Settings
From any Flosum Cloud App, click the App Switcher icon at the top of the left sidebar menu.

Click Global Settings.

The Global Settings app will open in a new tab.
Global Settings can also be accessed by directly logging in using your region's Global Settings URL. See the following article for login instructions.
Remove an App
Click Organizations from the left sidebar.
Click the Three Vertical Dots menu at the right end of the Organization you wish to remove an app from.

Click Remove App.

Click the App dropdown menu.
Select the App to remove.

To confirm app removal, enter the Organization Name in the textbox.

The Organization Name must be entered exactly as shown in the textbox label, including case sensitivity.
Click Remove.

Once removed, the organization will no longer list the removed app.
