Removing an App from a Salesforce Connection
Overview
The Global Settings app allows centralized management of which Flosum Cloud Apps are assigned to your Salesforce organizations. This article shows you how to remove an app from a Salesforce Connection.
Data Loss Warning
When an app is removed from a Salesforce connection, all data associated with that app for that connection will be deleted. For instance, if the Backup & Archive app is removed, all backups, archives, and historical data related to that app will be lost. This could lead to the loss of information that is not available within the Salesforce org.
Removing an App
Remove an App
Click Connections from the left sidebar.
Click the Three Vertical Dots menu at the right end of the Connection you wish to remove an app from.

Click Remove App.

Click the App dropdown menu.
Select the App to remove.

To confirm app removal, enter the Connection Name in the textbox.

Click Remove.

Once removed, the connection will no longer list the removed app.
