Updating a Salesforce Connection Token

Required User Credentials

Overview

To ensure uninterrupted connectivity between Flosum Cloud Apps and your Salesforce org, update the Connection's token when you encounter a Token Expired warning or the connection Status is Inactive. An expired token prevents new or scheduled jobs from running. This article explains how to update a connection's token. The screenshots below show examples of the Token Expired warning and an Inactive connection.
